Nicole's journey with CNA began in 2017, demonstrating unwavering dedication and commitment to our mission, values, staff, and members. Over the years, Nicole has held increasingly more senior roles within CNA, demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills and commitment to our mission. Nicole's extensive administrative experience in office management, HR, and accounting, coupled with her dedication to community development, makes her the ideal candidate for the Executive Director role at the CNA. Her commitment to fostering collaboration, reliability, and constructive communication, along with her innovative approach to program development, ensures a strong and successful environment for the communities the CNA serves.

Nicole has worked closely with both the previous General Manager and Executive Director, gaining invaluable insights and experience that have prepared her for this pivotal role. Notably, Nicole has been serving CNA as the Acting Executive Director since November 2023, ensuring operations were maintained through our search in the interim.  Her collaborative approach, combined with her strong leadership abilities, will undoubtedly propel us toward achieving our collective goals and aspirations.
